Broken S6, working but black screen... Need to do backup but can't unlock it...

[AC Question]

I've unlocked screen with FMM remotely (you hear it unlock and the volume buttons then work) but Kies won't see it as an "Unlocked Device" so I don't know how to access it...

Need to back the phone up before attempting to repair it, it's a friends phone...

"The connected device is locked. Please enter password on the connected device" is the message that Kies is displaying...
