Broken samsung s3 - need photos off phone

My daughter dropped my phone for the hundredth time but this time the screen is black and wont go on. I have a memory card in it but I was in process of saving my phones to phone to go through them and delete to transfer back to my memory when this happened. I have 3000 photos on my phone from all my kids births etc and dont have them anywhere else. How can I get them off the phone and save them to a PC etc? The screen is completely blank but it goes on as the lights light up.

The first thing I'd try is connecting the phone to your computer via the USB cable. It might register itself as a mass storage device and then, in Windows Explorer, you'll be able to navigate to it and copy the photos to your PC.

As for your memory card, you can get a micro SD adapter (if you don't already have one) from, say, Amazon.
