Broken screen data recovery (bypass USB debugging)

[Android Central Question]

Hi I have a Huawei P30 and the screen stopped working today for some reason. I'm not exactly sure what's broken because I can still feel the vibration when it's restarting. I already tried to force a restart and put it in recovery mode but the screen just stays black and the phone vibrates like it would normally.

So I tried to backup all of my data again because I only did small backups regularly.
But the problem that arises is that I can't access the data from my PC while USB debugging isn't turned on. Is there a way to either activate USB debugging remotely or to bypass it?
If anyone can suggest a solution I would be very grateful

Welcome to Android Central! I think you're stuck, sorry. You typically have to get the screen replaced in this kind of situation.

Plugged in a Bluetooth keyboard to get through the lock screen and then swapped it for a mouse. The phone was in phone mode on the TV but could still do everything no problems.
