Brownish red screen. Colouration

So my on screen colouration is fine except for the colour red witch looks more brown than anything.. Compared to an iPhone 7 and a Samsung a5 they have really vibrant red colour but on my mate 20 pro it's more brownish tinge.. Eye comfort is not on tried in the settings with various levels but no luck.. Anyone else have this problem and know a solution???
