The browsers pinch to zoom seems to be a bit touchy, anyone else having that problem.
Meaning overly sensitive, also maybe I am fat fingering a lot. But I have trouble between the m and n keys. I have to take my time and really hit the keys just right.

I am thinking I am going to exchange this for another Charge. Hey it cant hurt.
Wann hear your takes thanks.

download Swiftkey. You don't have to hit the exact/correct keys, just in the general area of the letter, and it predicts the words you are meaning to type. I went from stock, to swype, to swiftkey, and i've never looked back. swiftkey is my preference by far.

as far as browser goes dolphin seriously sucks..it keeps randomly shutting down and freezing up causing phone to reboot

i downloaded skyfire and i been nothing but happy with the browser

keyboard wise, i bought the smartkeyboard pro, it's accurate, fast and just all around my favorite keyboard, i had it on my dinc and the x and now on my charge

I'm running Dolphin HD and have had no problems. I'll check out Skyfire tomorrow, but Dolphin has always worked well for me (and the tab'd browsing is excellent on it).

I'm a big swype guy, maybe it's just the novelty of it but I love it. On my previous device I used Swiftkey when I got tired of swyping.

I used to love Dolphin but it has been so laggy and glitchy lately, i think maybe the last update did something..idk..

I downloaded Swiftkey, but a warning popped up about Swiftkey being able to store personal information that you type. Is anyone concerned about that? This makes me not want to try it.

Hey just wanted to do a follow up. Went into Verizon, and exchanged the phone. Running without a hitch. U know though I have to say about the young twenty something lady who helped me though.
I'm in the 50 plus crowd; may look mid to early 40's though. She had the most condescending attitude
like I didn't know what I was talking about.
Here was the problem with the browser when I would scroll up and down it would zoom in and out sometimes.
But back to the rep. She thought I was totally clueless because of my age. Lol she tried to tell me if u scroll on the side instead of the center, it won't do that. What a load of horse pucky. From all of the experiences I have had with smartphones man.
The moral of the story never judge a book by its cover, and oh yes please ppardon my rant.

It's funny how that works. There's a definite bell curve in how you are treated at tech stores, restaurants, jewelry stores, car dealerships, etc. When you're young, you can't get service because you're obviously poor and ignorant. You finally spend about ~10 years where you earn some respect and are treated as knowledgeable. That times up and you're back to square one being treated as a child again and they try to take advantage of you (usually this time they assume you have more money though!).
