Browser Home Page

How do you set the Browser home page? I've set it under 'Settings', 'General;' Set Home Page', however, it does not take. Since I've upgraded to ICS it always goes back to the last page I visited. Doesn't matter what browser I used I still get the last page I visited when I open the browser. Thanks,

You'll have to close the browser everytime you finished with it if you want to open a new browsing session with your homepage. Drag the screen down, in the upper right corner you'll see how many windows you have open. Press that icon, close all the windows and when you tap your web icon again it will open to the page you've set.
