Browser making noises when loading pages

Got a GS4 a couple days ago and noticed today that when surfing the internet with the default browse there is a voice that says "loading started" "page loaded" each time I open a new hyperlink. Anyone have any idea where that came from and how I turn it off?

Goto setting. Accessibility. Talk back. Turn it off

Unfortunately for me - talk back was already off yet the darned browser won't shut up. "loading page", "page loaded" and on and on. Any other ideas out there? -Thanks (also a new GS4 since yesterday)

Hi I tried something and it worked for me
Setting accessibility text to speech
I changed it to google text to speech ... I opened the browser and the voice dissappeared
also I did something else but I dont know if its related
in the accessibility I turned off POPS ...

try maybe it will help
