Browser ?

Ok I've had this happen to me for ever and I'm finally looking for a solution.
Everytime a page is loading and I start to scroll, it forces it back to the top.
No matter what it bounces to the top. When the page is done loading it will stop.
This is stock browser. Can you disable this?

Chance if you go into browser menu > settings > open pages in overview > uncheck. This should fix your problem

Chance if you go into browser menu > settings > open pages in overview > uncheck. This should fix your problem
