Should have came with your buds.
I think she was talking about the sleeves. --I read it the same way when I first saw it.
Should have came with your buds.
They work fine with my very old Samsung TV as well, but I'm connecting to an Apple TV.Is there an option to sync your sound in your TV settings? they work fine on my Samsung TV.
Thanks for posting this!! I just had a horrible experience with Samsung yesterday about this via phone. I have the email address of a CSR who helped me with something else, so I may just email her to see if she can help with this.Hi guys. Just so you know. Another member @zorian99 already posted that they requested some sleeves from Samsung support to stop their buds falling from awkward ears.
Having the same issue with my left bud I rang Samsung UK support and they just called me back. I mentioned the forum post and he looked into it for me.
The sleeves are called SKIN CAPS if anyone else needs to request them. They asked me for the Model number, serial number and colour of my buds live and I had to email proof of purchase to them.
Once validated they said it would take 3-5 days to get them.
So thanks for the advice and I am passing on my experiences as well.
I run with mine and they do not fall out. They do sort of feel like they might because they don't go in the ear but they stay put nicely. It's a nicer feeling than in-ear buds. I can't wear the in-ear very long before I need to take them out, but not these. Impressed with them so far. Haven't worn them in the rain yet but it was close today.Does any one have issues with the Beans staying in your ears during work-outs or runs? I'm kinda on the fence with them for this reason alone.

You can clean and disinfect them, and the case, by wiping them down with isopropyl alcohol.I really love mine too. I was at the gym (which is a REAL shocker for anyone that knows me) riding on a bike and, as sad as it is to admit, I sweat like it's pouring rain... So these guys got pretty drenched. They stayed in my ears regardless and I just cleaned them with a dry cloth when done and am going to try and find something to clean these with after a workout that won't kill them. I'm good with alcohol pads if they are not dripping wet, but I would rather have something that isn't as... chemically? Maybe just a damp cloth with water.

I just saw your post on the Samsung Community, I'm registered as Note guy Ireland....
Yeah the mod gave me a link which I was using anyway, no joy there, I think I might just have spoken or chatted to every Samsung operative available
yesterday evening lol.
Might try again later![]()
I've run into an issue twice when using these with the Microsoft Teams app. We use the app for work meetings sometimes, but I connect the video with my laptop and do the audio through my phone. For some reason, the buds become unavailable as an option on teams. All the settings look ok and calls through the phone still work fine. Rebooting the phone resolves it, but this really shouldn't occur. Anyone else run into something similar?
