Buds Live are super nice!

I got a pair as an early Xmas and Birthday present. The in-ear galaxy buds was irritating my right ear and I was getting a lot of ear infections. These sit next to the canal and are super comfy. I like that they filter loud noises and the isolation works well for me too. They are a seriously good buy
So you've been happy with these in the week that you've been using them? Any issues with them falling out?

As I have never worn buds before (apart from the wired ones that come with the phone) it took some getting used to to start with, then it just felt natural, speaker end in then twist the top anti clockwise, I can't shake them out no matter what I do, must be a good fit but I appreciate not everyone will be the same. I'm using mine as much on the PC as on my Note to be honest, very pleased with them.

I've been using Jabra 65t's for the last year and thought they were comfortable but the Buds Live exceed that comfort. One did fall out while I was sleeping last night, but during normal daily activity I have no concern about them falling out. I almost forget that they're in place they're so comfortable. I can't discern much difference in sound between the Jabras and the Buds Live. The one big advantage of the Buds is that I can wear the left independently of the right.

I registered with my name.
Bought 2 Samsung Note 20 Ultras.

Was gonna use the credit under my name.

What did Samsung do..
They separated the orders.
Gave me one order, gave my wife the.other.

Not right for Samsung to do that.

Now that we had to order seperately..

We lost our other credits.
They had no gold Samsung ear buds.
Imagine that.
Order white, I'd rather not ever have any as to have white.

We both had to order Black.

Why , because my wired Samsung earbuds wouldn't work in my Note 20 Ultra phone.

We haven't even taken the ear buds out of the box like them so much.

Nothing like dealing with a company to make decisions for you.
I was gonna save the credits together in case my tv went out.

But a Big company over ride my rights.

Try to call Samsung tech support.
You will be on the phone all day.
They must be having a lot of problems.

I hope they keep having problems.

Love my beans. I have the buds + and the beans are definitley louder, bass has more punch, and very very comfortable in my ears. It doesn't pop out like the buds +. I am so glad I got them.

I love mine!! They sound better than my original Galaxy Buds and I love that they do not sit inside my ears because I can't keep those in for very long. I'd go running with the in ear buds and after 20 minutes I'd have to put them in my pocket for awhile. Not with the Buds Live though. They are comfy.

I have to mention, and this is really funny and stupid, when I first pulled them out of the case and tried to put in my ears I could not figure out how they went in for the life of me. I naturally wanted to put the part with the rubber piece where the ear canal is because that's how you usually put those replaceable rubber pieces but they were backwards and I'm like how the heck? I actually thought that mine were mislabeled R and L...lol. It wasn't until I looked in the online manual that I realized where the speaker was that they were telling you to put where the ear hole is. OMG I felt so stupid I actually laughed at myself, but maybe someone else can relate...haha!

But anyway, my test is taking them for a run and they do not even come close to falling out while running and I can remove one when I am running with a friend so I can hear them. They connect and play from my Garmin watch perfectly and even connected to my watch I can still use the touch pad features. The sound is amazing too and I like the shape and the fact that they don't visibly stick out from my ears. If you are looking straight at me you can hardly see them. Now let's just hope they are water resistant enough to not get ruined when I run in the rain.

Lol. I did the same exact thing!

Had a $150 Samsung credit and couldn't see anything else I wanted, so I got the Buds Live.

They sound really good, and it's nice to have the noise cancellation mode. They don't plug your ear canal, so you don't get that head cold plugged up feeling. The design is great, and they stay in nicely. The app is well designed, and setup was a breeze. Wireless charging and the ability to charge from the battery in the case is a nice touch.

That sounds awesome! And what a deal you got! I especially like that you can charge from the battery in the case.

Its FedEx. I live 30 miles away from where they ship and they are taking nearly 3 days when it was sulpose to be 2 day shipping. I could have walked there, picked them up, and walked back before they would have delivered them

Thats crazy. I'm in Rockwall and they shipped around 3:30 the day before and I got them the next morning before 10.

I did the exact same thing on my first wear. I went for a bike ride with them and I was thinking the entire time that they were really awful buds. No base, really tinny sounding, max volume was terrible. I even tried the larger wingtips and still put them back in upside down.

It wasn't until the following day that I looked at them again and it hit me "Hey wait, these little copper dots are for charging, they don't go against the ear. Wow, I felt really stupid but it sure did improve the sound quality!

Now, the only remaining problem I am having is the intermittent beeping. Apparently they are prone to beep when they "overheat," which I have read can begin to occur in the 90F to 100F range. Mine started beeping yesterday on a walk with the dogs and the current temp was 92F. That is a bit of a problem since much of the world can reach summer temps over 100F. I hope the threshold is something that can be adjusted via a firmware update because otherwise I really like them.

No issue them overheating in the UK right now. It is cold and wet here.

Ordered my phone on the 20th (last day of pre-order), got it on the 24th, submitted my claim for the $150, approved on the 25th and ordered the buds live. They just showed up about an hour ago and I've got to say they sound really good, I was quite surprised. I hardly wear buds or earphones/headsets but these might get me to wear them more often.

Any promotions for this? Discount? Free with purchase? Thanks.

It was part of the pre-order offer. In the US if you ordered by 8-20 you were eligible for the $150 credit, not sure how it worked in other countries. If you didn't pre-order then you will not be able to get the $150 credit.

But.. but.. but, you mean if somebody didn't pre order, they don't get the Pre-order special?

Today in Colorado we finally broke a streak of 18 consecutive days of temps over 90F. I understand direct sunlight also seems to affect them, which we will still have. I will have to see if they beep today.

Yesterday was a mixed bag. While I was heading up one of the long bike paths where the sun was to the left of me, the left bud beeped the entire time. When I made a left-hand turn at the top of the path the left bud stopped beeping not long after and it didn't resume the balance of the walk. It is a bit subtle, but at the same time annoying. beep, beep, beep, beep... :)

Edit: I am considering returning the Mystic Black in favor of the white, they may not be a heat affected
