Bud's live case

Hi, just using my buds live and when finished I went to put them in the case and noticed both charging prongs in the case for the right bud are bent and move around it still seems to charge if I position the bud correctly, seems a very poor design if this happens seeing as I've used them about 4 times, anybody else had this happen ?

Mine looks perfect and doesn't seem fragile, maybe they were damaged at assembly, the prongs are spring loaded so should not bend very easy.

I just checked mine and they're straight as well... as 'j_hansen' stated, with the spring load, even if YOU put them in crooked, they should push down out of the way, so I doubt you could have bent them! Sounds like they may have come that way and you just didn't notice it... I'd contact Tech Support, right away!

Mine still look perfect as well. You didn't by chance accidentally stow them upside down or reversed (right in the left/left in the right?). If not, you may want to contact Samsung and see if they would do a warranty replacement for them.
