Seriously.... Its a huge is update. Do the reset before you post.
Do the system cache wipe that is in the sticky. It should not wipe any apps or user data. I would backup before, just to be on the safe side, but I have never had one wipe anything I didn't want it to.But I don't like doing factory resets

A factory reset is a last resort. After you do the system cache wipe, it is your only option if you are still having problems. If you call tech support or something, it will be the first thing they ask you to do.

I had done a cache wipe about two weeks ago and didn't notice much difference. Finally broke down today and did a full wipe and early indications are that it was worthwhile. Interested to see how things perform a week or so from now to get a longer runway to make a full judgment.
