I maybe notice some hitches in browser scrolling and the home screen repopulating the apos on the homepage when leaving a app. Also some lag on the app drawer. Wonder if this is a known thing.

At least do the system cache wipe. It does not wipe any apps or user data. If you are still having problems, the only other thing you can do is a full factory reset.

Seriously.... Its a huge is update. Do the reset before you post.

This ^. After ANY huge update like Android 5.0 you should do a factory reset. It really does get rid of 98% of the bugs you may run into.

I am loving Lollipop on my Moto X. The only bug that I have encountered is the homescreen taking half a second to repopulate.

But I don't like doing factory resets :(
Backing up stuff and all.....

Do the system cache wipe that is in the sticky. It should not wipe any apps or user data. I would backup before, just to be on the safe side, but I have never had one wipe anything I didn't want it to.

A factory reset is a last resort. After you do the system cache wipe, it is your only option if you are still having problems. If you call tech support or something, it will be the first thing they ask you to do.

I had done a cache wipe about two weeks ago and didn't notice much difference. Finally broke down today and did a full wipe and early indications are that it was worthwhile. Interested to see how things perform a week or so from now to get a longer runway to make a full judgment.

Same. My Google Search was constantly crashing throughout the day after the update so I did a cache wipe. That only helped a little but I was still getting multiple crashes a day. Finally did a factory reset and started to experience a System UI failure. That happened several times but after pressing and holding the power button which forced it to power off and restart a couple of times it finally stopped. Been a couple of days now and I haven't had any more crashes.
