Problems i am having my scenes keep changing after a reboot they are saved scenes the live wallpaper scene always go to the regular wall paper scene.then there's the favorites issue where my contacts disappear or can't be removed from favorites now my Facebook pic disappears until I re sync Facebook and it comes back. I have reset the phone and also battery pull and that does fix the scenes issue but it goes back to doing the same thing.I'm wondering do think that there will be a bug fix update or will it be months before these issues are fixed? I wonder if I should exchange it I had to pay full price

I have not had any of your problems that you are having, did you downloaded any third party apps right before these problems started to occur?

Going back to the basics, have you tried a factory reset yet? Did you save the scene you setup? If you paid full retail especially, you have 30 days to return it and if you aren't happy return it.

Does the factory reset clear everything, including contacts?

maybe its just me...i dont think that somebody should have to reset a brand new phone to make it work right. with all of these strange problems these things seem to be having, its making me very reluctant to order one next week when my new every two comes up. I just dont know what to do...

I returned it and got another there was lots of weird issues I was having like 275 photos off nothing but black images.I showed them at best buy and they said it was a bad phone and swapped it so far everything is working and I now have bars and my scenes are not changing.

I was thinking the same thing, I think I will hold off, as there have been numerous post on incredible problems.

Keep in mind guys there will always be issues with mass production technology. Flaws are going to be expected honestly. Also, you add 3rd party applications that are yes tested and should work properly, but they will have adverse affects on some peoples devices.

For those reluctant to purchase, I don't think from what I have read there is any need to wait. The device is very stable, and yes you may run into an issue once and a while, but thats on ANY device you will pick.

You're right. I've been on the fence because of that fear. This true talk helped me to just do it (later today). If I get unlucky, I can always head to the corp store and get assistance.

Thanks for that.

No you shouldn't but his bugs sound small issue and I'm not sure a factory reset will do anything more than just deleting all your apps and revolting your phone. Also with sense after a factory restore the phone will prompt you to restore your settings etc make it a lot easier than stock android
