I am presently running Build Number 1.66.605.2. How can I update to Build Number: 1.70.605.0? Is there a bigger difference? OTA says I have the most current build.

Sounds like you are on the leaked MR2 RUU that never saw the light of day as an OTA. What others have found is that you have to install the 1.70 MR2 RUU in order to get the update. You won't be able to upgrade via OTA. Once you upgrade to the 1.7 MR2 RUU you will be able to recieve future OTA's as normal.
