Build Quality - Is this normal, or do i have a defective unit?

The top part of the glass screen on my One is not flush with the metal speaker grill. When i swipe the menu down, i can feel the glass is not flush and it's not a smooth swipe. Is this normal, or is it an issue with build quality? The bottom glass is flush, so it's just the top part where the metal meets the glass. I can't really see it, but I can definitely feel it. I'm wondering whether to go in for a replacement or not. It has to last me 2 years, so I don't want it to fall apart on me. I have less than a week left to go in to Best Buy within the 14 day period.

I think i also have this its even worse now that I got a screen protector on

I'll probably just live with it. I hate going in to stores and complaining. It's easier to just complain online.
