Burn in

There is no such thing as screen burn in for the IPS display, only image retention. Should go away shortly. You can search Youtube for "screen burn in fix HD" and leave it full screen, it should remove the image retention.

If I leave my screen on for a while, I'll get retention (especially for the bottom home dock buttons), but it goes away rather quickly if I start changing up what's on the screen or turn it off.

Even if its not permanent, its very persistant and annoying on this phone, moreso than any others ive owned. Its quick to appear, quite visibile especially in certain scenes in videos, and takes a long time to disappear.

I have not noticed one instance of this. I guess it depends on how we use our phones.

That's what I'm experiencing. It's not annoying me or anything, I was just worried that the phone might be messing up.

It gets ghosting. Never had this problem with other LG phones. It's strange, but it goes away. I only notice it on the status bar so it's not a problem.
