evo! I can't believe this. :l my 3month old husky DESTROYED my evo over the night. I JUST got my diztronic case about 2 days ago also. What luck, right?

Luckily I have insurance on it, though.. Anyone else had to replace their phone through Asurion? Was the process smooth? A Sprint rep @ a local store said they're not even allowed to open the phones up, because they're so new, PLUS they don't have parts for them yet.

Sorry to hear of your curious dog snack story.You just call them and pay the deductible through Sprint if you like and should have a new phone 24-48 hours.

I'd just go to assurion.com and do the claim that way. It takes about 5 minutes and you will have it on tuesday.

Not too bad, actually. couple bite marks are noticeable if you examine it super hard.

got done with my Asurion claim, I guess the new phone will ship out Monday.
