Buttons? on the back of the S2 9.7??

Hi all! I picked up the Tab S2 9.7 today from the Sprint store.

On the back of the tablet are 2 things that look like little buttons and can be pressed.

I can not for the life of me figure out what they are, if they are actually buttons or useful in any way. I even searched Google for an hour and didn't find anything.

Does anyone know what those are and if they are useful for something?

They are just the ports used to attach the OEM case - not buttons.
