I ordered the droid pro by calling customer service around noon today. The rep told me the phone would be shipped out next week and I would probably receive it a day or two short of the Nov 18th launch date but the email confirmation (which I received within minutes of hanging up) says its going to be shipped out 11/10. That is so weird. I got my email with a FedEx tracking number. Its already on the truck. What time did you order? Mine was at 9-10 AM PST.

I never received my tracking number via email. I callled customer service, entered my phone number and was given my tracking number. Phone is supposed to arrive by this Friday (11/12).

At this moment Verzion has a pre-sale on the Droid-Pro for Corporate Accounts, is not open to the public. All consumers should be able to buy it in stores after November 18th.

We have a corporate account and Verizon has confirmed this to us. What they have right now is a pre-sale or a private sale.

I wouldn't believe that, I was able to get my tracking number by the reference number. I first called FedEx to see if I had any packages being sent to my address, they said yes and even told me it was from VZW. They won't give you the tracking number. Then I went to FedEx.com and enter the reference number:
You have to make the reference number by putting the location number and the order number together.
You have to put 00 infront of the order number

Beg to differ. My tracking from Fedex says it LEFT COATSVILLE, PA today at 11:00AM and is scheduled to be delivered to my house on 11/12.

this whole experience has been nothing but horrible. on the phone for the 4th time in two days, been promised my tracking number twice and now all of a sudden being told that phone will not ship until the 18th!! rep then tells me if i replace the order thru a rep it will process and ship sooner - WTF??????

I called vzw customer service (1-800-922-0204), entered my cell number and the recording immediately said that a replacement device had been ordered for this phone would I like to get the tracking number. That's it. I tried to get the tracking number online at verizonwireless.com and was never successful though...
