Should I buy this phone now with the $150 promo coupon from Motorola website or wait for what Motorola/Lenovo may drop in the next month or so? Saw some leaked DT3 photos.

I would, I love mine. Although I did't pay for mine, I feel it performs as well as my S7e and I use both devices daily.

Ya I tried it out in the store and must say I'm really impressed. The camera has improved so much and I was surprised at how good the shots came out. Thanks for the reply

I have a feeling that there will be deals on Black Friday, if you can wait that long or the coupon that you have lasts that long.

If Lenovo and Verizon comes out with another high-end Droid before next summer, they are back to making the mistakes that the old Motorola made before they were bought by Google. I cannot believe that will happen.

I like my new Z Force. Best Buy has been having weekly promotions as well that might be worth checking out.

That's another question I had and saw it mentioned briefly on the best buy thread, but it wasn't answered... I have to buy retail price since I have the old unlimited plan, and from what I've heard, the best buy deal only applies if you do a new 2 year agreement.

I just picked it up with the promo. I thought it was a good deal. Yes it will be cheaper in the future, but it will also be older and there will be something newer. Now seemed optimal. Still new and significant saving

I'd suggest going to BB and find out exactly what they offer - seems to me the "deals" often change faster than the weather - ALSO - be sure to check how the "deal" affects your plan - some of the sellers are rather sneaky IMO

I'll run by best buy this afternoon and see what they say. I'll let everyone know in case it may help them out as well, at least from a Verizon standpoint, since that's who my provider is.

Good - check to make sure your monthly charges aren't going to go up - I was going to get one on a 2 year contract from Verizon for $199.00 - BUT - they were going to raise my monthly line charge by $20.00 - this negated any savings on the phone.

MY BAD - it was a Pixel I was going to get under a 2 year contract for $199.99 - Check all charges anyway - BEWARE - :D

Trust me I will haha

Best buy rep told me I could buy it outright or do the 24 monthly payments and NOT have to do a new plan, and this would include the power pack and sound boost mods. Going to Verizon to see if that's true. Need to cover all my bases. But getting 2 mods is a great deal.

You can do device payment on unlimited if you are being charged the $49.99 for the data package. It just raises the bill by the monthly device cost.
