FYI if anyone needs to cancel or change your order good luck. I just spent an hour on the phone with LG. They first told me I can't cancel because they are shipping already. Then I said I thought it doesn't release for a few weeks, he then said, no it's shipped sorry. So I said ok can you provide tracking and he flat out said no sorry. Then I said you need to update your website because it says preorder for later this month. Then he said, oh wait, not shipping but once placed you cannot cancel or alter any order.
I told him it's ridiculous that it's 2 weeks out and I can't cancel. He said it's already sent to pick, that process takes 2+ weeks. I called BS and he put me on hold and said they will try a one time cancellation but the normal process is no cancels/alters once placed. They told me to call back tomorrow to see if it was actually canceled or not. He said they cannot call me back and I must call them back.
Then, I just checked my email and it said your order has been canceled but under details of order it lists nothing and $0.00 cost.
So I guess I'll call tomorrow.
