Buying a new phone?

So tomorrow I'm going to be switching to the HTC one v. And in order to switch my account over to that phone does my ov need to be stock again? Or what? I don't wanna be stuck with a new account. All help is appreciated in advanced

You won't have to do anything. You will log in to your account, key in the new phone serial number and activate new phone. It will make you go to the $35 if your not already. And you will have to pay the $35 up front, so i hope your toward the end of your cycle

Yes unless you are already on the 35$ plan. Theyre not that nice to let you finish your month and I suggest going to best buy there only 180$

Only if you still have the $25 plan, or changing your plan all. The one v is a nice phone. I got my wife one for her birthday, and I think I want it over the evo now.

Really? I never felt either of them but have seen 10+ reviews for both and the one v looks much slicker and snappy. Better screen too watcha think?

Newer hardware, way better battery, less bulky. And the screen is beautifull

Piece of cake to root. The hardest part is installing all the sdk stuff and getting the HTC dev site to work correctly. Just follow one of the guides on xda.

Yeah I rooted a virgin mobile One V a few weeks ago using the same process.

Got it amazing phone! Only flaw is best buy give me a "universal" screen protector-___- but other then that great choice for any upgrade. Pretty easy to root,unlock boot loader the works! Cm9 runs smooth everything is awesome. I'd recommend it seriously!

To tell you the truth I didn't use sense to much I had it for an hour went to work as soon as I went to work I flashed cm9 idk it was impulsive haha but I'm going to flash a tweaked version of it as soon as the file is put back up I guess goo.im is down? But for the hour I used it, it was awesome only bad thing every time I sent a text it would vibrate and say "text sent successful" it would annoy me and I couldn't fine out how to turn it off lol
