Dang y'all got screwed. I pre ordered in store but had no idea if you did it online you were stuck with shipping only. Either way I went to my local store at 9 am before they opened for my appointment. Sending this from my new s5 and it's awesome. I would call your local store and see if they could help you out.

Also got some swag from the Samsung reps that were there.

I really think If you push the issue they'll cancel the pre order. It's kinda messed up how you promised to buy the phone in advance and yet someone can walk in to best buy and pick one up Before you ever see yours

I'm in love with my new phone. Have hardly put it down all day. Have it almost completely configured the way I want. If only my Google Voice voicmail picked up after a reasonable number of rings it would be perfect in every possible way!
