By mistake I renamed the system\app directory, how do I put it back?

Help Needed by mistake i rename the system\app directory

I did a rename on the system\app directory and now i can't do anything on the cell phone, droid explorer does not recognize the phone, but vroot program was able to root it back, but i am not sure what to do

if USB debugging is on, use adb (Mini-SDK) to rename the folder. If not, flash the stock ROM (you'll lose all the data on the phone, so I hope anything important is backed up to another device or a cloud account [or both]).
