Compre el cable otg con entrada y salida microusb y con dos usb 2.0 y no lo reconoce

Sorry, I don't understand the question - is the cable not working that you recently bought?

Welcome to Android Central! From what I've seen in various sites, the A5 does not support OTG out of the box. It seems that you'd have to root it and install a custom ROM that does support OTG.
