C-Spire gets a bugfix update

The U.S. carrier branded, minority variant, for C-Spire, model SM-G900R7, gets an update from OB3 to OC2. Whilst this is not as high as the OC7 or OD3 builds of the international, G900F, models, it should offer significant improvements and gives it, currently, the highest changelist of any U.S. model.
