Calendar Attachments question.

I'm a long time BlackBerry user but am trying to migrate away from their apps. I actually love them, but I'm concerned that support for them could stop at any moment. In BlackBerry's Calendar app, if the creator of the event included any attachments, they are visible and openable (if that's a word😂). I've tried numerous different Calendar apps and none of them seem to have this ability. Am I missing something?

Depends on where those are being created. Outlook/MS Exchange appointments, if synced natively, will allow calendar attachments and notes, but not all services do or might require a service-specific app.

I just recently was involved in a conversation about a similar question. The OP wanted to attach an open, visible photo to calendar events. Gmail will allow attachments as I found out, it was something I didn't know and hadn't considered. If you open either Google Calendar or Samsung Calendar and create an event you can paste links in the Notes area of the Samsung app and the Description area of the Google app. I only see the ability to attach a file in the Google app and then you can only attach files from Google Drive. Other apps may have other options but this is from what I've seen and tested. Maybe it helps.
