Calendar Help PLEASE......

So I got my wife and X's today in replacement of our iPhones.

I'm having a Calendar issue. Here's how we've done our shared Calendar on our iPhones.

wife@gmail.com (on wife's phone for her mail)
me@gmail.com (on my phone for my mail)
meandwife@gmail.com - our shared calendar we had setup on both iPhones.

I'm trying to set up a similar deal our new X's - however I'm not able to. Here's what the Google Help site is saying:

Multiple accounts
(Android firmware version 2.0+ only)

On Android devices running firmware version 2.0 or later, you can add additional accounts in your device's Accounts & sync settings.

However, at this time, the Calendar app only syncs with one account: the account you used to initially set up your device. So even if you add multiple accounts on your device, Calendar will only sync with the primary account. This is different from other apps, such as Contacts and Gmail, which can sync with multiple accounts.

If you'd like to access the other accounts' calendars, we recommend adding them as shared calendars or loading Google Calendar in the Browser.

So am I screwed on this? We HAVE to be able to share the existing Google Calendar we've been sharing on our iPhones for the past year and a half. Assuming I'm reading the Google help above correctly - we are screwed as far as using the built in calendar on our X's. If this is the case - could anyone recommend an app that would allow us to sync with our shared Google Calendar outside of the built in one?

I am trying to figure that out now but i'm stumped.

Edit: Figured it out - it wasn't a phone setting. I had to go to our meandwife Calendar online and under settings "share" it with both mine and my wife's gmail addresses. Just in case anyone else is in a similar situation.
