Hi,
I went from the Galaxy Nexus to the Droid Maxx on Verizon a few days ago. Loving the much improved signal strength and battery life, as well as no longer having to wait 30 seconds before being able to type in a URL in Chrome!!!
Question....on my GNex, when I created a calendar appointment, I could type in a location, and it would grab things from my history and my address book. Then it would give me a warning enough time in advance to get there.
On the Maxx, I can type out a complete address and it will give me a warning that takes the drive time into account, but it is not bringing up any suggestions from my history or address book. Is this because Motorola has their own custom calendar program and the GNex had a true Android calendar? Any way to resolve it? It was very handy when scheduling appointments with significant drive time so I'd get advance warning based on where I am that day.
