Calender Events not syncing to phone&emails are showing blank msg

My DINC2 is fantastic & works great as a phone. My Google Calender app worked fine until recently. (My Google calender holds all my calenders blended from the last decade). My Gcal now only holds information from the date I received this phone (it was a replacement), but all the previous information HAD been on this phone. I'm also having trouble with emails coming into my phone then opening into blank bodies. I've tried resetting the google account & the other email accounts, I've tried restarting the phone (anyone know why it keeps resetting all default ringers & such?) Whole set of offbeat issues that don't seam to connect in any way. Any & all help is appreciated!

Try a factory reset and start from scratch. It's a pain but it'll be worth it in the end. Start by making sure in settings you have auto back up and restore selected and then sync all your accounts, in settings as well under sync. Go to factory reset and pull the trigger. If you call tech support it is the second or third thing they will have you do anyway so just get it out of the way now. Then if you are still having the issue after completely re-setting your phone call VZW and when tech support tells you to factory re-set tell them you already have and it didn't fix the issue.
