I'm a Facebook beta tester, on a Samsung Galaxy S5, running Lollipop 5.0, and I'm getting a strange notification after the latest upgrade from the Google Play Store.

I keep getting a notification telling me that Facebook is "calibrating dexing frobs." WTF?

Is there anyone else out there who's experiencing this as well, or have had this issue in the past? Again, WTF?

I am also having this same problem the past few days. And I am also a Facebook Beta Tester with a Galaxy S5 on Lollipop.

There is a thread that says the only way the user managed to get rid of it was to leave the beta group and downgrade to a stable release. It also said it eventually stopped after about an hour but mine was running for about 3 hours the other day and would not stop

It sounds like debug code left active by the developer. It'll most likely be gone from the next beta release.

Why would you be a beta tester if a) you don't understand this sort of thing and b) you are bothered by this sort of thing?
