Call automatically gets cancelled after ringing for 1 or 2 seconds while headphone is plugged in

While my head phone is plugged in, call automatically gets cancelled after ringing for 1 or 2 seconds..I dint found any solution till date to change the settings..plz help..

Are you certain the headphone is in good condition? I have had many similar problems which always turned out to be caused by bad buttons or broken wiring around the headset's inline control module.

Of course, you ARE using a headset with built-in microphone and controls, right?
