call dialer short cut is missing

my phone is huawei y6pro. suddenly the short cut used to dial numbers is missing.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean the app shortcut for the Phone app, or a Direct Dial widget for a specific contact?

If your launcher has an App Drawer, open it, look for Phone (or Dialer), long-press it, and drag it back to the homescreen.
