Call handle times

So I know when I call sprint what its called~ when I call my phone it rings on the other end like 3 to 4 times before it rings on my phone and by then they hang up! What's it called so they can fix this on my phone so not good to miss calls

I've noticed this a few times. Sometimes it'll ring once or twice before the Epic starts ringing on its end. A few times my phone didn't ring at all.

Adjust your slot cycle index. I have done this on all 4 of my past Sprint phones. Makes a big difference.

Slot cycle is calculated by the the following formula:

[Slot Cycle Index] * 2.56

The default is Slot Cycle Index is 2. This means the phone checks for new phone calls every 5.12 seconds. Dropping the Slot Cycle Index to 1, the phone checks for new calls every 2.56 seconds.

Ill haveto see about that I recall for a prev phone I actually called and sprint did it on their end
