Call Id or Location Names?

When I had my Pre there was a patch to make it display the name associated with an incoming area code. Is there a way to do this on my EVO? I really like the phone dialer so if it's possible I'd like to NOT replace the entire application.

Also, is there a way to get real caller id on this phone? I know cell phones usually just display the number but house phones can display the name if you have the service.
