Can someone tell me how to clear or delete calls from the call log on to galaxy gear I just bought it today and can't figure out how to do this

You have the clear the call log on the phone that the gear is connected to then it will sync with the watch and clear it out

Just keep reminding yourself that the Gear is an extension of your phone and is not independent. That should help keep things in perspective. Enjoy!
