Call notifications not working on locked screen

As the title states the missed call notifications are not working on my locked screen. Now i know this was a problem on the S8 but i dont seem to have true caller? Anyone know how to get them back?

I have the exact same problem. Tried everything nothing works I spoke to EE and samsung. EE run loads of tests. In the end they said take your sim out put it in another phone and give your number a missed call if the notification comes up then it's a fault with your device. And that's exactly what happened it wasn't the network or sim it's the phone . Rather pissed off!!!!

Maybe serves me right for getting the early release. So disappointed
