call problem

I accidentaly chose Skype as default call and now i can not make voice call and can not find it in settings how to set iit back. Anyone can help? I have samsung galaxy note 10.1

Uninstall Skye then hard bootthe tablet and reinstal Skype it should now ask what for default and chose PHONE
