Soobs, is it also an issue when you use a BT headset or ONLY thru the phone's mic?I haven't had any issues with dropped calls either, but the listening and speech (my voice) quality on this phone have been horrible. I've been with Verizon for 10 years and have never had issues like this.

I have never used bluetooth.
See if you can try it with a BT headset. Can you borrow a friends just to test out? This way we can confirm it is hardware and NOT a software issue. I mean, IF it works fine with a headset and has a glitch with the embedded mic, then you know for sure its hardware related.
I am on the road right now with work for the next couple days, but I could try a friend's Bluetooth when I get home; however, with so many people having no issue at all I am probably just going to exchange it.
