1. Unklocked bootloader
2. Twrp Recovery

Installation;
1. Download the zip file.
2. Reboot to twrp recovery.
3. Flash the downloaded zip file.

Does this record every single call, or is there a way to toggle it on or off before each call?

Open dialer , then go to dialer setting , down there is setting for call recording, you can enable or disable it for automatic or manual call recording.....
