Call Settings greyed; no unlock slide

My Call Settings tab under the Settings menu is grey and inaccessible. All day yesterday, when rebooting the phone it would come up in airplane mode and I'd have to take it out. That problem has gone away, but even after reboots and switching to airplane mode and back, I can't access Call Settings. Also yesterday same time this all started, my unlock screen has gone. No unlock or silent slides, just straight to home screen. It's done some other weirdness like setting screen off time to never (can't even do that on purpose) but I can set it back. This seems to have started after running LCD test (*#0*#) and everything passed except touch calibration which is what I wanted to fix (it's off inconsistantly). Is there some way to fix this without a factory reset? Thanks.
