Call volume keeps changing

Every time I make a phone call I have to push the side toggle to ensure the call/hear volume if at the max. It seems to go to default middle everytime. It is very annoying. Any way of fixing this. I have checked all the volume settings and they are set to max.

Mine also, my sounds setting keeps resetting to zero
