Called ID Issue

S8 When I try to get messages or access phone app, I get a message saying "Caller ID keeps stopping"
It does not allow me to access messages or make a call
Can anyone suggest a fix for this

I had the same issue. It was supposed to be from some update. Go into your settings, apps, caller id, storage, clear cache first then clear data. Should be good to go after that. Mine started working when I did this. Annoying as hell. Good luck.
