Calling/texting from your phone using your PC!!

I've been using google voice since 2009, how do I use it to call on PC?

Google Voice no longer supports that feature. But Google placed free US/ Canadian calling in Google Hangouts. You can install the Hangouts extension in Chrome and then make calls with Hangouts from a PC, Mac, Android, iOS device.

BTW the calls will not use your cell minutes when made on an iOS, Android device. Hangout calls will use your data if you are on mobile data rather than wi-fi. You can also use Hangouts to send/receive SMS and even video calls.

I tried sidesync on 2 PC's in different Wi-Fi networks and USB cable with my Galaxy Note 4.
Works almost OK. The only problem is that the pc microphone is not working.
Everything is fine until the phone is close, but when it is hidden or far away the virtual phone in PC becomes deaf.
The only exception are phone calls.
When I receive or make a phone call using the computer, the PC mic works perfectly for virtual phone and I can speak even Note 4 is far away in suitcase. Strange isn't it? Any idea how to fix it?

I really enjoy Mighty Text but that's for SMS and notifications. Also works pretty well for wireless file transfer, not sure if you'd need to become a "Pro" member to utilize that function or not however. But, for SMS and notifications it is AWESOME.
