calls made from recent calls list dials last number

lately I've noticed that when I attempt to make a call from the 'recent calls' list, I press the phone picture next to the name, select call without google voice (cause I sometimes use it) and it dials the last number dialed. this has happened repeatedly over the last few days.

anyone else seeing this issue?

Today...this isn't happening. Anyone got any insight?
