Hi!

I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. Recently I added another Google account on my phone besides my Google account and I removed it the same day. Since then, in every call I receive the name of the caller is taken from that other Google accounts contact list. My contacts are fine and untouched, but I don't know why the caller name and the list of recent calls show contacts from this removed Google account.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Contacts, then clear cache/data and Force Stop. Now open Google Contacts again and let it sync for a few seconds. Does the problem persist?

OK, do you mean that I should clear the cache of "Google contacts sync" app? I cleared the cache of "Google contacts sync" but there's no possibility to force stop the app.

Go to Settings>Apps, then tap Menu>Show System. Do you see a system app called Contact Storage or something similar?

Ok, so as long as all of your contacts are in your Google Contacts in the cloud, select Contacts Storage and clear its app cache/data. Then reopen the contacts app and give it a few seconds to resync, and see if the other Google account's contacts still show up.

If you do save contacts to your local Phone account, be aware that clearing the Contacts Storage app data will likely wipe those.
