Calls won't go to voicemail.

Calls I receive just disconnect after four rings. I tested it myself with a different phone. Some apportionment messages I get will just keep repeating the calls over and over again as there is no answer. I had an voicemail app installed, YouMail, but getting rid of it doesn't seem to help. I don't know what to do. Maybe a setting was changed on the phone but I don't remember. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Voicemail settings are in the dialer but vary from carrier to carrier, you may need to contact them or at least tell us who the carrier is. This could be on you phone end or on your carrier
