Camera App is Restarting while trying to record 4K on OnePlus 7T

Hello guys, I'm currently using a OnePlus 7T smartphone. The camera app restarts while I'm trying to record 4K videos. Also, the videos are with a lack of detail and just poor photos overall. Can I fix this?
