camera app

is there a free camera app that will let me have the option to share (via email or to facebook) after i take that picture? i used to be able to do that with the droidx but not with the thunderbolt.

I don't understand what you are having a problem with. I just shared a picture I just took through gmail using the stock camera app.

I think what the OP is asking, is sharing the pic without having to go to gallery. When I used to take pics on the BB Tour, I could just share the pic right after taking the pic. With the Bolt, I have to go to gallery to share the pic.

You can do that with the TB as well. As soon as the picture snaps, the share button comes up. If you miss it before it goes away (ready to take a new picture), just touch the button that takes you to your pictures while still in the camera app, and you can share from there.

Take the picture. Tap the share button quickly while the picture is up.
Or
Take the picture. After the picture goes away, but you are still in the camera app, touch the bottom right icon. That brings up the picture to be reviewed. Tap the picture for options like share or delete.
Or
Long after, use the Gallery app to open the picture and share.

Be nice however if you viewed the picture from the camera app if you could delete or share it. You can doing preview, but unless you go into gallery you can't. Could do this on the dinc.

You can change how long you want the picture to stay on the screen for , hit menu then change the review duration, if you select no limit the picture will stay on the screen until you hit the camera button again

You can....

After taking the picture, and the preview has gone away, touch the bottom right icon. That will bring the picture back up with share and delete options.

(It may actually be opening the gallery to the last photo you took. Don't know, but it works for me)

No, as described above, all you have to do is press the icon in the bottom left (when in portrait) and you can flip through your pictures and delete or share. It is right there, you don't have to go to the Gallery.

Again. Just press the icon, the most recent picture you took comes up. Press the screen. You have the option then to delete or share or edit.
